Massage Therapy

The Appointment: We want your time at Miss Vivian's Salon & Spa to be an ultimate experience with services specifically provided for our guests to achieve their individual needs.

Points of Interest: For the comfort and convenience of all of our guests, the use of cell phones and pagers are prohibited in the spa area.

Payment: Cash, Check, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover are accepted

Tardiness: Tardiness: Since our technicians work within a structured schedule, we ask that you arrive on time for all scheduled appointments. After 10 minutes tardiness, it will be up to the technician’s discretion if it is necessary to reschedule.

Miss Vivian's Gift Certificates: We offer a variety of gifts perfect for any occasion. We will help you personalize a memorable experience for someone special and, if desired, arrange delivery to your home or business. Gift Certificates are non refundable and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

Appointment Reservation: We recommend that you always reserve your next Miss Vivian's experience prior to leaving. In order to guarantee a specific time frame for service for the future, Miss Vivian's allows each guest to reserve up to three appointments at one time.

Spa Appointments: Incorporated within your scheduled arrival time is an extra 15 minutes to take advantage of all your special amenities. Slip into a plush robe and slippers, sip on a complimentary beverage and enjoy your spa experience.

Cancellations: If you are unable to honor a reservation, please give us a courtesy call within 48 hours.

Our Service Guarantee: We guarantee you will be satisfied with your service. If for any reason you are not happy with the results please let us know within 3 days. We will correct the challenge to your satisfaction.

Returned Checks: A $25.00 processing fee will be applied to all returned checks.
